Evaluation

Grading System will be followed for the students of Classes I, II, III, IV, V.


A* Outstanding (90%-100%)
A Excellent (75%-89%)
B Very Good (56%-74%)
C Good (35%-55%)
D Scope for Improvement (Below 35%)


  • Marks of Unit Tests will also be considered for evaluation of results.

    • SCHEME OF EXAMINATION

  • CLASS I-II: 6 Unit Tests (weekly) {3 Unit Tests in each term}
  • CLASS III-V: 2 Evaluation Tests and 4 Unit Tests (Weekly){2 Unit Tests in each term}

  • The assessment structure and examination comprises of two terms i.e. Term-1 and 2 as explained below:

Class VI : 10% of 1st term covering significant topics + entire syllabus of 2nd term

Class VIII : 30% of 1st term covering significant topics + entire syllabus of 2nd term

  • Evaluation of the performance of a student will be on the basis of periodic Tests, Notebook submission, Subject Enrichment Activity and the Final Examination.
  • Periodic Tests will include : Pre-Mid-Term Test, Mid-Term Test, Post-Mid-Term Test.

  • Final Examination will be conducted by C.B.S.E. in March,2019.
  • The Theory and Practical Exams will be as per rules and regulations of C.B.S.E. in the required subject.
